Jim2 Mobile for Jim2Cloud users to be able to log on to both the desktop and the mobile app at the same time.
Jim2 Mobile can be used for on premises users, however they can only log on to either mobile or the desktop per licence. There is a setup required within the configuration manager to allow all licences to be able to log on to mobile.
This section will assist in the setup and use of Jim2 Mobile v2 for Jim2. Jim2 is compatible with iOS 12.2 or later, and Android 5.0 or later.

Note: Jim2.Mobile v2 will only work with Jim2 v4.4, and later. If you install Jim2 Mobile (not v2), you will receive the following message:

▪Update manufacturing jobs from the app, however you cannot manufacture.

Jim2 Mobile is designed mainly around emails, jobs, documents, contracts, and not accounting, invoicing or purchasing functionality, however invoices can be viewed from finished jobs.
Note: Watchouts do not currently work with Jim2 Mobile, nor can you create back order jobs.
Jim2 Mobile will automatically log off after 20 minutes of inactivity.
Jim2 Mobile supports the use of Siri. |
