The Stock References report is designed to analyse the bill of materials within specific objects, providing an overview of the quantity of each stock code included. The objects reviewed by this report include:
▪Kits
▪Manufacturing Items
▪Project Templates
For example, the stock code SONY.ENT.PACK in the kitting tab.
In this instance, the stock code DVD.DAY.AFTER.TOMORROW is listed as two separate line items, each with a quantity of 1. When you generate the Stock References Report, it will indicate that the DVD.DAY.AFTER.TOMORROW stock code appears twice, with a quantity of 1 for each line item within the SONY.ENT.PACK kit.
To generate the report:
1.Create a stock list.
2.In the Reports section, select the Stock References Report and click Preview.
