To access Jim2 Mobile you:
•require a Happen Cloud Account ID
•have to configure the Cloud Services Jes module
•need to download the Jim2 App from the Apple App Store on your Apple device(s).
Step 1 - Set Up Cloud Services Jes module (on your Jim2 Server)
Click the Cloud Setup button to create an Access ID for this database.
Note that you will need your Happen Cloud Account ID for this.
The Happen Cloud Account ID is included in your licence key email. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need your licence key re-sent.
Once the Happen Cloud Access ID screen is open, click the New button to create a new Access ID:
The Setup your Happen Cloud Access ID screen will be displayed:
Follow the steps to create a new Access ID. If this is the first time you have used your Happen Cloud Account ID then you will need to enter a new password. Remember this password.
For subsequent times you are using your Happen Cloud Account ID you will need to remember this password.
One you have created your Access ID, you will need to enter this Access ID into you mobile devices as follows:
Step 2 - On your Apple Device
•Install the Jim2 App from the Apple App Store.
•Start the Jim2 App on your Apple device.
•Press the Settings button:
Click the + symbol to add the Access ID.
Enter the Happen Cloud Access ID generated above and press the Done button.
Once your Access ID is entered and selected, click the Sign In button and log on with your Web Logon ID (refer to the user tab on your card file) and the same password you use to log on to Jim2.
Once you log on to Jim2 Mobile you can set up a four digit pin number, rather than logging on using your username and password for each device. Select Options (bottom right-hand corner) and select Set Pin Code and enter your four digit number, then confirm. This pin code is for your logon on that device only.
