Go to Customer Management > Monitors and enter the following:
Version: 7.20.2.23
Customer Status: Active (you can select Last Updated time frame option, however this is not necessary).
Monitor Status: Active.
Click Search.
Tick the Select tickbox at far right, then click Update and Yes to confirm you wish to update to the latest version. Next time EKM polls the monitor, it will also update the software to the latest version (7.20.2.24).
