Currently supports Jim2 to Autotask.
Options here include Default Device Category. This will be used when the mapping to Autotask Config Item categories is not found. Currently, this is determined by Jim2 Items. This can be set in the Lookup Mappings tab of the Autotask setup screen.
The option Filter outgoing by group is used instead of a published list. This is used to restrict which assets are sent to Autotask.
Each Config Item requires an associated product (Jim2 stock). As no stock is associated with assets, you can either set the product for all Config Items or use a lookup based on either Asset Code, Item Code or Item Desc, then map to any field in Autotask products. Product is required in Autotask ,so this mapping must hold or sync will fail.
