To locate the correct file to download from NAB online, click on Transaction History, then Advanced, and select Spreadsheet:
When importing bank transaction files into Jim2, it’s important to ensure the file is not altered by external programs (such as Microsoft Excel), as this can affect the date formatting and result in import errors.
If the .csv file is opened and saved in Excel before importing into Jim2, Excel may automatically change the date format. This can lead to errors during the bank feed import process.
To avoid formatting issues:
▪Do not open the .csv file in Excel before importing.
▪Instead, export the file from NAB Transactions and import it directly into Jim2.
