No Resources Available in Windows App

This will assist users who encounter the following message when launching the Windows App:

 

"It looks like your system administrator hasn’t set up any resources for you yet. Please choose a different account or try again. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact your system administrator."

1.Verify the Correct Tab

A common cause for this issue is that you are viewing the Devices tab instead of the Apps tab.

On the left-hand sidebar, ensure Apps is selected (not Devices).

The Apps tab should display the Jim2 Windows App.

Check the Signed-In Account.

2.Ensure you are signed in with your @yourcompany.Jim2Cloud account.

If you are signed in with a different account, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner (initials or profile picture).

Select Sign in with another account and log in with the correct Jim2Cloud account.

By following these steps, you should be able to access the correct resources through the Windows App.
