After running through the setup wizard, following are some basic tasks to be completed before using Jim2.
▪Set up chart of accounts.
▪Set up stock GL groups.
▪Create company logo for reports.
▪Import customer/supplier/user card files.
▪Set up job Items.
▪Go through Setups and Options.
▪Choose a database colour.
▪Enter opening balances – general ledger, stock (via opening balance purchase orders), creditors, debtors.
▪Enter open transactions (purchase, quotes, jobs).
