Active Job Unread Email

If there is an active job that is highlighted bold to signify there is an unread email, however no unread emails appear on the job, this is usually caused by an unread email which is associated to the job that has been deleted.

 

If this is the case, you should be able to locate the unread email in the System Deleted folder, and mark it as Read.
