Jim2 allows a payment to be entered when viewing a project.
When an invoice is created, if all jobs in that invoice belong to the same project, Jim2 will look for payments allocated to the jobs as per existing functionality, but also look for payments allocated to the project and automatically apply those payments to the invoice.
