The options, selectable on this screen are only valid if your licence key includes the Managed Print Services and/or Managed Services editions. If you don't have either of these enabled in your Jim2 key, then anything entered here won't be used, and all icons under Projects will be disabled.
Projects is covered more fully within Managed Services and Managed Print Services, both of which are licensed to use Projects.
