Business Intelligence (BI)

Business Intelligence is a system of reporting and analysing via dashboards and reports.

Business Process Management (BPM)

Business Process Management is a systematic approach to making an organisation's workflow more efficient and capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Customer Relationship Management is a system for managing a company's interactions with current and future customers. It often involves using technology to organise, automate and synchronise sales, marketing, customer service and technical support.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Enterprise Resource Planning is business management software that an organisation can use to collect, store, manage and interpret data from many business activities, ie. inventory and order management, accounting, human resources, customer relationship, to name a few.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Key Performance Indicator is a business metric used to evaluate factors that are crucial to the success of an organisation. Business KPIs may be net revenue or a customer loyalty metric.

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Warehouse Management System (inventory management system) maintains raw materials and finished product inventory (stock)balances and location information.
