By default, all options are ticked except for Show Work Time Only.

Explanation |

Task Types |
Select the task types to be displayed in the Schedule. By default, all tasks are included but can be excluded from the results by ticking or unticking the relevant boxes. |
Show Unassigned |
By default, the Scheduling area shows unassigned tasks in addition to the selected resources. This is particularly useful in a service environment to display jobs that have not been assigned to a particular employee. |
Show Appointment Navigation |
Navigation buttons allow navigating to the closest preceding or subsequent appointment relative to the current view. Unticking this option will remove these navigation buttons.

Show Work Time only |
When this option is selected, the Schedule displays only the working hours which have been set up in Tools > Options > General. By default this option is not selected. |
