Company

Users who have access to this area have the ability to change or add company name(s). To view users who have security to do this, go to Tools > Security and check:

Note: When you enter a name it will stay there until you choose another company name from the drop down. At this point, it will not be saved as a selection later and you will need to retype it.

The company names that appear in the drop down are listed in your Jim2 Key.

Please contact Happen Support if you wish to have company names appear in the drop down and we will update your Jim2 Key.

The company name is used in reports and email via macros (eg. {{System.Company}}). The company name can only be selected from the options in the drop down menu. This is not a free text entry field.

This area is also where change of address is made if the business has moved – this will flow through to system reports – not custom reports.
