Use Email Templates

When composing an email, you can use email templates in two different ways:

Load Template (after selecting the template) replaces all content (including default signatures) with the content in the selected email template.

Insert Template adds the selected template's content to the email in addition to keeping the default email template set in editor rules, which is usually an email signature.

The Default email template will always be used if Jim2 cannot determine which template to apply.
