Below is an example of a default email template.
The {{Body}} macro signifies where the cursor will be placed when using the email template. If it is missing from the template, the cursor will appear below the signature, so it is best to ensure it is placed at the top of the email.
The {{System.User}} macro is used to put the user's name in, and the {{System.User.JobTitle }} is used for the job title – this information is taken from the user's cardfile. These and other macros can be found using the General Macros button in the Template ribbon menu.

As you can see above, you can add your company logo to the email template. To ensure the logo appears correctly, please make sure the log is sized how you wish before adding to the template. Do not resize within the template as this will cause issues where the logo will resize on sending.

To make it the default template:
▪On the ribbon go to Email > Editor Rules.
▪From the drop down list for Templates by Source, choose the Source (ie. new, reply etc.), then select the newly created template in the Template column.
Tick Subject Token to populate the subject line with the object reference, ie. Job#.
▪Save.
The default template/email signature is now ready to use.
