Sales Register Reports

All these reports can be exported using the Excel icon in the Report area of the ribbon

Permission for use of this is based on report permissions since it accesses the report for the information.

When you click Excel, it will open a spreadsheet window and populate it with the data from the report selected. Each report pipeline will be represented in a separate sheet, eg. Job, JobComments, JobStock, etc.

Sales Register

Once filtered based on the below, this will produce either a detailed (if Show detailed report is ticked) or summary report, showing all invoice details.

This report can be produced as a spreadsheet by selecting XLS Report File.

Note: The Stock Cost column takes into account Labour stock. The Stock Total column does not take into account Labour .

Ship Label

Print one or more shipping labels based on the job that is highlighted in the list.

x- Invoice From List Multi

This option allows sending multiple invoices from the list using any invoice report.
