You can unprint a Qty stock adjustment in Jim2, but not a COGS adjustment.
Open the stock adjustment, then select Unprint in the ribbon and choose Unprint Stock Adjustment. Enter the adjustment number in the popup window.
If the stock in the adjustment has been sold, you will first need to to unprint the invoice, then unprint the stock adjustment.
