There are no General Journal list reports.
The General Journal Report toolbar provides a selection of either a General Journal Entry or General Journal Entry – Detailed report when a general journal is open. Choose the desired report from the dropdown list, then preview, print, print to file, send via email or fax the report.
The available reports are:

General Journal Entry |
This will produce a summary of the general journal entry.

General Journal Entry Detailed |
This will produce a more detailed general journal report, ie added columns for both Inc and Ex tax amounts.
