By default, all options are ticked except for Show Work Time Only.

Explanation |

Task Types |
Select the task types that you want displayed in the Schedule. By default, all tasks are included, but can be excluded from the results by ticking or unticking the relevant boxes. |
Show Unassigned |
By default, the Scheduling area shows unassigned tasks in addition to the selected resources. This is particularly useful in a service environment to display jobs that have not been assigned to a particular employee. |
Show Appointment Navigation |
Navigation buttons allow you to navigate to the closest preceding or subsequent appointment relative to the current view. Unticking this option will remove these navigation buttons.

Show Work Time only |
When this option is selected, the Schedule displays only the working hours which have been set up in Tools > Options > General. By default this option is not selected. |
