Currency setups need only be performed if you have purchased Multicurrency as part of your Jim2 licence. Some of the more common currencies are already set up in Jim2.
On the ribbon, go to Tools > Setups > Accounting.
You can simply edit and tick as Active those that you will be using. You can add extra currencies if required.
