This area only relates to passwords and strengths and is not Jim2 Security.
Set an expiry time limit on passwords, or allow them to never expire. Set password strength, ie. minimum length, and specify use of a mix of upper and lower case, etc.
On the ribbon, go to Tools > Options > Company > Security.
