The additional 5 columns will only be used to calculate for child or standalone machines. The Master's Avg Meter will be calculated based on the sum of all the averages of its children of the same meter name (i.e. Black, Black Finance, Colour, etc).
In this screenshot, columns Y-AC are the 5 added columns for the 3-month period. The same concept will be for 6-month, 12-month, and Life.
Column Y, or the Daily Avg for that period, will be needed to calculate the averages using this formula:
Column Y = (AB-Z) / (AC-AA) (as illustrated in Column X).
Once you have the Daily Avg for the period, you can now calculate for the monthly average (Column W), as per this formula:
Column W = Column Y * 365 / 12 (as illustrated in Column V below).
The averages in Masters are calculated based on the total of all the averages of the children of the same meter name (i.e. Black, Black Finance, Colour, etc) as per this formula:
Column W for Masters = the SUM of all children of the same Meter (as illustrated in Column V)
