Freight Rounding on Invoice

Jim2 calculates GST on freight charges where there are more than two decimal points and rounds this up to the nearest cent.

 
For example, the freight amount is $3.955, so the GST works out to exactly halfway between $3.95 and $3.96.

 
In this situation, Jim2 rounds up to $3.96 on the invoice rather than $3.95.

How this affects payment depends on how you pay

If you pay by cash, Jim2 automatically rounds the total for you.

 
If you pay by another method (card, EFT, etc.), the extra cent will show on the invoice and needs to be included in the payment.
