There are a number of general ledger reports available from the Report toolbar.
You can use the Excel icon to produce reports directly to Excel. Permission for use of this is based on report permissions since it accesses the report for the information.
When Excel is selected, it will open spreadsheet windows and populate it with raw data from the selected report. Each report pipeline with be represented in a separate sheet, eg. Job, JobComments, JobStock etc.
The available reports are:

Chart of Accounts – Detailed v2
|
Detailed list of the chart of accounts, allowing for the following filters.
Using the Excel icon will produce a much more comprehensive report in spreadsheet format.

Chart of Accounts – Opening Balance v2
|
Detailed list of the chart of accounts showing the Opening Balances, using the following filters.

Trial Balance v2
|
Lists all accounts which had movement within the selected period/date range.

All these reports can either be printed, emailed or saved to a spreadsheet file.
