You can use the Excel icon to produce reports directly to Excel. Permission for use of this is based on report permissions since it accesses the report for the information.
When Excel is selected, it will open spreadsheet windows and populate it with raw data from the selected report. Each report pipeline with be represented in a separate sheet, eg. Job, JobComments, JobStock etc. This will produce a much more comprehensive report in spreadsheet format for all these reports.
On the ribbon, go to Management > Reports > Top X > Top X Customers.
Select the date range and number of top x customers. Order this report by either sold value or profit.
In the Stock area, there are quite detailed choices to make, as well as reporting by individual account manager and including labour costs.
Clicking Save, will add this report to management reports for future use.
Once all selections have been made, select OK to produce a Jim2 report.
From within this screen, select Print. This will allows to either print the report, or save it as a file.

Select the date range and number of top x vendors.
In the Stock area, there are quite detailed choices to make, based on the stock type and location.
The Include area allows manufactured purchase orders and consignments in on Finished, Received or both to be included in the report
Clicking Save will add this report to management reports for future use.
Once all selections have been made, select OK to produce a Jim2 report.
From within this screen, select Print. This will allows to either print the report, or save it as a file.
