Card File Screen
From the CardFile screen access:

Card File List
Card File Search
1.Tap CardFile from the Home screen.
2.Tap List Search.
3.In the Search CardFiles field, enter information, then tap Search.
4.Select the relevant cardfile.
On this screen search by:
Card# |
To search by cardfile number. |
Contact |
To search by the a contact name within the cardfile. |
Name |
To search by User. |
Acc. Mng. |
To search by account manager. |
Type |
This type automatically has all search options preselected. To change this, untick the box not required to search by. |
Contacts |
In this field search by first name, last name, display name, job title or department. |
Address |
This field searches by mailing address, not delivery address. Search by address (street), suburb, state, postcode and country. |
Branch |
If Branches are in use, select the correct branch. |
Groups |
You can filter the list by group, if required. |
Select the relevant cardfile.
Maps
Within the cardfile, tap the address and this will bring up the device's Maps app.
Contacts, Transactions, Accounts, Documents, Notes, Reports
Swipe left to see all icons.
The Contacts icon allows viewing phone numbers, web addresses, and to send an email and websites.
Note: When you click on Contacts in the header, you can select a contact here to call them.

The Transactions icon allows viewing the 10 newest jobs, quotes and purchases.
Accounts
This view shows:
▪Current amount.
▪30 Days amount.
▪60 Days amount.
▪90 days amount.
▪Overdue amount.
▪Outstanding.
If any invoices are outstanding, they appear on this screen below the balances.
Any credits or prepayment amounts will also appear on this screen below the outstanding invoices.
Documents and Notes
Any documents or notes will appear here.
Reports
All available reports will appear here to allow viewing, printing and emailing.
The menu icon will also bring up further options:
