There are feature options in Jim2 Business Engine which may not be enabled in the version of Jim2 your company is licensed for. These options provide additional functionality and can be activated to assist in enhancing the business. Contact the Happen Sales Team (sales@happen.biz) for more information.
These options include:
▪Advanced Warehouse Management – Provides the tools to gain control of your warehouse, deliver better customer service, and keep labour costs under control.
▪Bundling (Kitting and Packaging) – These features are used to bundle products and services together into one package. Kitting/packaging suits customers requiring salary sacrifice invoicing (for instance, where an employee pays for a computer from pre-tax salary), catalogue promotions (ie. bicycle with extra accessories on promotion), quality assurance tests and checks, to name a few.
Kitting and Packaging are not compatible with Advanced Warehouse Management. |
▪Jim2 Mobile – Take Jim2 out on the road via an iOS device. Everything is immediately updated in Jim2 back at the office. See www.jim2.com.au/products/jim2-mobile/ (copy and paste into a web browser) for more information on Jim2. Mobile.
▪Multi-Company – allows access to any number of companies (up to 255) on one logon. All companies must be listed and licensed under the Jim2 Key.
▪Multicurrency – Provides accurate, live transaction reporting with full support for foreign currency bank accounts, sales, purchasing, debtor and creditor management.
▪Retail Point of Sale – Enhanced point-of-sale management, including till reconciliation across branches.
▪Scheduling – Outlook-style calendar used to manage business resources, including staff, vehicles and workshops.
▪Stock Attributes – Suitable for businesses conducting managed print services, or requiring automated billing (ie. internet service providers), size and colour matrix (eg. apparel), batch numbers or expiry dates (ie. food related).
▪Freight Integration, ie. Australia Post.
There are also two other versions of Jim2 Business Engine:
▪Managed Services Edition for IT and sales/service type businesses.
▪Managed Print Services Edition for photocopier sales and service, and managed print services type companies.
And, of course, Jim2.Cloud, which provides a similar experience to the existing Jim2 Client, but delivered by the cloud.
