The status relating to a return from customer indicates a required action within the workflow. The responsibility to perform that action is therefore monitored on a live basis. A change of status by a user signals the need for a new action, and passes responsibility to perform that action along the workflow. Jim2 records time/date/initial data on status changes for productivity reports, and to keep a secure quality control record for each job.
Using the return from customer status, monitor the success of internal returns procedures or user performance. |
The following statuses are available to map workflow for returns from customers. Others can also be added in the setup defaults.
Booked
This is the default status applied to a return from customer when first added. All returns from customers begin with this status.
CANCEL
This status signals that the return from customer has been cancelled.
FINISH
This status signals that the return from customer is finished. Once the status has been changed to Finish, the return from customer then creates the required Transaction Journals.
Add or edit statuses to match the company's workflow via Jim2 Tools > Status. The statuses that are underlined cannot be edited or deleted, as they perform a core function in the Jim2 application. |
