Jim2.Cloud requires there to be a default printer set up in Windows.
The user must the go to the local printers in Windows, right click and set at least one printer as a default, or set all printers to default. Printers are required, regardless of whether will or will not be used.
Users must log off both the Jim2 session and Microsoft Remote Desktop. This closes the remote session completely. When logging back on, the printer settings will have been updated. |
On the odd occasion, it may take a minute or so before the cloud redirected printer is set as default. This can cause an error if the user logs into Jim2 and immediately tries to print.
