Field

Explanation

Account

Select the account that you want to view. If you select the ellipsis [...] beside the Acc. Code field, you will be presented with the GL Account Select screen enabling you to search both GL Code and Account Name fields.
 

Bank Accounts

Selects all bank accounts only.

Date

Select the date range for the transactions.

Doc.Dates – will default to today's date, but can be changed.

Period – select to include 13th Period transactions.

Tran Date

Select a particular transaction date if required.

Branch, SubBranch, GL Dept

Select the branch, sub-branch and/or GL department that you want to view.
