What you will see displayed in the Projects object depends on the options made available to you by your particular Jim2 licence.
If you have a licence which doesn't include Managed Print Services (MPS) and/or Managed Services (MS), then the Projects tab will still be selectable, but the Add Project, View/Edit Project and Create Project List icons will be greyed out. Both the MPS and MS sections discuss Projects in far greater detail (see links below).
