The Management Tab gives you access to Management Reports (System, Profit, Labour, etc.). These are reports that cannot be found within individual records or forms of other objects.
For each of these other objects in Jim2, there is a selection of relevant reports. These reports are context sensitive, ie. the choice of reports available via the drop-down list depends on the object you are currently viewing, and the function you are using within that object. The actual printing devices available to you must have been previously assigned in Setups.
To use reports:
1.Select a report from the drop-down options.
2.Preview the report, if desired.
3.Print the report.
How to Print to File
If you require the report to be output as a spreadsheet, select Print to File and select Xlsx Report File.
