The Report Designer menu allows access to the following functions, via the respective headings:

Close |
Close Report Designer. |
Page Setup/Print |
Set printer, paper size, source, layout and margins/print the selected report. |

Print to File Setup |
Enter file name, file type, header, detail and footer band requirements. |
If scripts (and their associated forms), reports (just the layout) and/or the complete dataset (the script, forms and report) need to be updated for any reason, you can import them from an external source, and when updated export them. The import and export functions are available above File in the ribbon.
