This failed processing error in the queue is valid, but not easy to understand. It is basically stating that the Account Manager on the Jim2 cardfile is not mapped to a valid Autotask user.
The setting below was not configured.
Open the customer cardfile and ensure there is an account manager set.
As the user is not listed here, integration was unable to add the AT account, as we MUST include a valid Value from the AT side.
Update the above, and run a manual sync.
Edit and save any other cardfile in Jim2, then either wait for next scheduled or manually do here:
