GL Departments |

On the ribbon, go to Tools > Setups > Accounting and select GL Departments.
GL departments are used in profit and loss accounts (income, COGS, expenses). These are used to break up and report on income and expenses between different areas of the business.
The GL Departments selection, as shown below, will only be visible if GL Department has first been enabled in Tools > Options > General > Branches (log off and back on for this to take effect).
There are two fields available when adding or editing GL Departments.
