Linked Contracts

Linked Contract#

The contract number of each linked child contract.

Note: This will only appear on Master contracts.

Status

The status of each child contract. You will normally see the Status sitting above the headings so it will be grouped by each status in the grid.

Next Bill

The next bill date of the child contract

Item

The Item used on the child contract.

Customer

The customer's name.

Contract Type

The contract type, ie. Machine.

State

State shows at what stage the contract is, ie. billing due, billable, etc.

Master Meter

Ticked means that the child contract matches the master meters.

Serial#

The serial number of that contract.

Ship#

The ship card related to this contract.

Location

The location.

Asset

Asset number related to th contract.
