There are two ways to enter the meter Readings:

If you have invoiced a service meter, and discovered you have entered the wrong reading, go to the Invoiced Job tab at the bottom of the machine and view the service meter jobs. Unprint the invoice in question. Fix the read, then re-invoice. |
