Jim2 Mobile Connection Issues

There can be occasions where Jim2 Mobile connection may be lost.

 

Warnings regarding connectivity to cloud1 and cloud2.happen.cloud are to be expected on an ad-hoc basis. This is Jes trying to maintain an open connection across the internet to our cloud servers for your mobile support. Due to the nature of the internet these connections are expected to fail – hence the dual connections to provide a redundant server for improved reliability.

 

In terms of Jim disconnecting everyone, the connectivity to the cloud servers would only relate if the connectivity failure was due to an internal network issue.
