Return from Customer security is handled via the traditional Jim2 Security.
To enable other users to view specific areas, select the Security Group, click Edit and expand the Jobs and sub-folder tick box to find the Return from Customer security.
Choose what you would like the user to be able to do.
Tick box settings:

Will only return results for what is ticked. |

The following lists the security settings available for jobs. Whilst we have grouped some things below, ie. view/edit/add, these are all individual security settings.
RFC Security |
View, Edit, Add, Finish, Unprint RFC. |
Allow to finish returns from users. |
Allow non strict returns. |
