The options, selectable on this screen are only valid if your licence key includes the Managed Print Services and/or Managed Services editions. If you don't have either of these enabled in your Jim2 key, then anything entered here won't be used, and all icons under Projects will be disabled.
This area will set up your Project Actions in Jim2, if you are licensed to use Projects.
