If the user no longer has access to the authentication app, administrators can clear their MFA Key via the User tab on the user's cardfile.
The user will then have to complete the registration process when they next log in.
Security for resetting other user's MFA key can be found via Tools > Security > CardFile:
1.Resetting for yourself
Now when you reset the key for yourself you will get the same dialog window, but you will have the ability to click cancel or x:
2.Resetting for another user:
Here, you have two options:
a.Clear will clear the key, however it will throw a prompt to ensure you want to continue.
b.New Key will show the secret key and qrcode which can be communicated to a user to set up MFA in their app. |
