The Tools tab contains a total of 16 icons/functions located within three groups: Tools, Tools Other, and Tools Accounts. Any icons that are greyed out indicate that your company is not licensed for these features, or that your security does not allow it.

Some areas require that objects/functions be set up prior to entering options, etc. Normally, cardfiles, stock and chart of accounts (COA) are performed prior to setting up via Options. |
