You will need to set up individual company logos in Report Designer to appear on the company/branch reports.
The coding for Company_Logo report names when using multiple companies is as follows:
Company_CompanyCardFile for a company, and Company_CompanyCardFile_BranchCardfile for a company that has a branch.

Company_Logo is the default logo.
The standard underscore format is supported within a single company database for branch-only logos and compatibility with existing logo reports.
Reports are automatically set based on the object the report is based on, otherwise it will default to the logged user's default company.
