This relates to a contract where overs are reconciled at a different period to the monthly billing.
Set up your contract with the standard, unders and overs lines, along with any other lines you require.
You will then need to add another line with a different meter name and stock code for standard meters, unders and overs.
The standard meter cost will be $0.
Add in the unders and include the minimum volume.
Add in the overs stock code and the cost per copy for the overs. Add in the billing frequency and the next bill date for the reconciliation.
The Black and Black Finance lines Billed frequency will be in Italics as they are using the billing frequency and next bill date from the contract header.
