Other Names: Managed Print Service (MPS) contract, Facilities Management (FM) contract
This is a contract that bills a minimum volume monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually, and charges for prints above the minimum volume.
In Edit mode, go to the Meter Setup tab at the bottom of the screen.
On the master contract, enter unders/overs billing information, including the minimum volume that is specified for the contract. In this example the customer is contractually bound to 10,000 black pages and 1,000 colour pages each month. When entering overs information, ensure the Over Rate is included.
When entering Unders information, it is also necessary to choose a Charge Type period under the Advanced section further along to the right.
Choose how you would like the unders and overs clawed back:
To add in lines for the finance portion, you can copy the above lines for black and colour but you will require different meter names and stock codes for standard, unders and overs.
