Applying Archive Rules via Editor Rules

Whilst running email archive rules against emails after the fact is fine, it is best that you know what archive setting an email should have when it is first created. For example, if the email is a monthly statement, delete the email after 90 days.


Email Editor Rules allow a default archive rule to be specified.


Manually Applying Archive Rules

On some emails you may wish to override the default Auto Archive setting.


To override on a new or existing email, select the Archive icon and select the desired archive rule.




You can override the archive setting on several emails at once by multiple selecting them from an email list and right clicking, then select Archive.
