Business Analysis in Jim2 is a powerful tool that uses live data to compile reports and detailed analysis about the business on the fly.
This shows how the business is operating, and the state and balance of the accounts currently, or at any point in time by way of date ranges. This is divided neatly between Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
Business Analysis allows reporting P&L and Balance Sheets over multiple Jim2 databases and currencies, allowing for consolidated reporting across multiple business entities. Cash flow analysis is by individual company bank accounts, and Budgets are also by individual company.
Who can see/edit Business Analysis is governed by security settings.
The Business Analysis Group By function allows grouping by branch (if branches are enabled), company (or companies), GL Department or database.
All general ledger accounts need to be in the same order to do this. |
