The reason the Help File comes up with a blank page is because Antivirus or proxy is blocking the site https://jim2help.happen.biz/index.html
To overcome this issue, we suggest adding this to your white list the following sub folders in :
C:\Users\(user's name)\AppData\Local\Happen Business\LocalJim2\
Also, when you press F1 it launches Jim2HelpViewer.exe
Please also add this to your exclusion lists.
