After creating an Items list, fax, email, print or print preview the list, using one of the available reports. 1.Display the Items list to use, by either: ▪Going to the Items tab on the ribbon, then clicking Create Item List or ▪In the Nav Tree at the left of the screen, selecting a pinned or currently open Items list. 2.Once the Items list to use is displayed on screen, choose a suitable report from the drop down Report list. 3.Once the report to use has been chosen, select the appropriate option: Preview, Print, Email or Fax.
